It was Julien's first day of school today at his new school. Many differences with his previous school, most notably the uniform. After many complaints about it for the last couple of weeks, I think in the end he rather liked the way he looked. When he came home from school, I had to convince him to take it off.
I walked Julien into school this morning. It seemed it was more for me than for him, as he was ready to bail out of the car at the door to school.

Another difference for Julien is that at his other school, he never sat at an assigned desk. He could even work on the floor or on a couch or even outside. At his new school, as most children, he will have an assigned desk. He was excited about that!

(I'm trying a new blog writer on my Mac. Hopefully, the formatting will work out, especially for my photos. So far, it's easy to use, and easy to insert more than one photo. Cool!)
